My coaching is underpinned by the fields of organisational psychology and organisational development. We might be exploring what’s important for you, exploring others’ perspectives or considering the wider system. There may be some challenge to beliefs/mindsets which are no longer serving you.
Leadership coaching programme
This involves 60-90 minute sessions over 6 months at times that work for you.
