I’ve led, and been a member of, great teams where everything seems to go well, the team is cohesive, supportive and deliver. And I’ve also led, and been a member of, too many mediocre teams where we’re all trying our best and yet keep bumping into each other and floundering.

Background
I began my career in the IT industry. My interest in psychology led to an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, attaining BPS chartered psychologist status, and a new career as a Careers Coach. I then transitioned to organisation development, leadership development and leadership coaching. Three years’ experience in operational mid-level management deepened my understanding of the challenges facing mid-level and senior managers. This was followed by 6 years as an internal organisation development consultant, supporting leaders and teams in overcoming challenges and being at their best.
I’m a proud mum of two adult children. Now based in Bristol after over 30 years in London, I love trail running, hiking and kayaking. And I’m enjoying the challenge of training for a 45mile ultra.
