These terms and conditions relate to coaching, seminars and webinars (the Service, sessions). Terms and Conditions for Consultant work are agreed for each project in separate contracts.
Payment in advance is always required and there is no obligation to provide the Service until the payment has been received.
All payments will be confirmed with a receipt. Sessions will be confirmed by email after payment.
Fees will be chargeable from the agreed start time of the Session and will finish at the agreed finish time, irrespective of whether the client is late or leaves early.
In the unlikely event that technology fails during a Skype session then client and coach will try to reconnect at least twice. If unsuccessful then Client and Karen Walsh will contact each other by mobile/telephone and attempt to continue the session. If this is unsuccessful then the client will email Karen@aspirecc.co.uk to agree an alternative time to continue the session.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the internet connection and laptop/computer are adequate prior to the webinar and there will be an opportunity to test the technology before the webinar.
Once a payment has been received the Service can be cancelled within 7 working days of the date of the payment. If the Service is provided within 7 working days of the date of the payment then this right of cancellation is waivered.
Once payment has been received the Service can be cancelled if 72 hours notice is provided in advance of delivery of the service.

control then a full refund of the fee for the session will be offered and the session

Aspire Coaching and Consulting Ltd has the right to terminate the Service at any time, at which point all unused fees will be returned to the client.
The Client has the right to terminate the Service at any time, at which all unused fees will be returned to the client. At least 72 hours notice in advance of a session is required.
Personal information and email addresses
By providing personal information on booking the client is agreeing to Aspire Coaching and Consulting Ltd processing and holding personal information only for the purposes stated in the Data Protection Act.
Email addresses provided in booking forms may be used by Aspire Coaching and Consulting Ltd to communicate matters relating to the booking and other Services provided by the company. Email addresses will not be passed on to any third party.
